It depends on the product. LOKY® floor drains and shower channels are made of SS 304 stainless steel, angle cocks have a 100% brass body, head and spindle, waste couplings are 100% brass, Knights and Jewels accessories are SS 304, and Spartan and Quartz accessories are acrylic. Each product page lists the material for that product.

Yes, the photos show the actual LOKY® product. Minor differences in colour or appearance can occur because of lighting, photography and screen settings.

SS 304 stainless steel is highly corrosion-resistant, but no stainless steel can be described as completely rust-proof. Regular cleaning and proper care will keep it looking its best.

It depends on the product. Finishes across LOKY® ranges include Satin, Matte Black, PVD Gold, PVD Rose Gold, PVD Black, Gold, Rose Gold, Black, Matt Frosted and mirror chrome. Each product page shows the finishes available for that product.

PVD stands for Physical Vapour Deposition — a surface-finishing process used to create durable decorative finishes such as PVD Gold and PVD Rose Gold. PVD is one of the longest-lasting decorative finishes available.

PVD finishes are designed for durability, but harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning and improper maintenance can affect their appearance. Clean with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.

Yes, on selected ranges. The Sense shower channel comes in PVD Gold, PVD Rose Gold and PVD Black; the Spartan range comes in Gold, Rose Gold and Black; and selected CORES floor drains come in PVD Gold, PVD Rose Gold and Matte Black.

Clean with a soft cloth and a mild cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, harsh chemicals and strong acidic cleaners, as these can affect the finish.

An anti-cockroach floor drain includes an anti-cockroach mechanism designed to help prevent insects and odour from coming up through the drain. Standard grating models don’t include this mechanism.

LOKY® uses a flap-type barrier with a weight-based closing action. It opens automatically when water flows through the drain and stays closed when there is no water flow, helping restrict insects from entering through the drainage line.

Yes — the CORES Anti-Cockroach floor drains have a removable hair strainer. Clean it regularly to prevent hair build-up and keep the water flowing well.

CORES (grating, in Plain and Hole patterns, and Anti-Cockroach versions), CIAZ (tile insert), WAVES and CASCADE. All are made of SS 304 stainless steel, including the grating and bowl.

CORES comes in 5″ and 6″, CIAZ in 5″ and 6″, and WAVES and CASCADE in 5″. Each product page lists the exact sizes and finishes available.

The difference is the grating pattern — Plain and Hole versions have different surface designs. Choose the design that suits your bathroom.

A tile-insert drain lets the surrounding floor tile be fitted into the drain cover, so the drain blends into the floor. Check the CIAZ product page for sizes and specifications.

The LOKY® Sense shower channel is available in 12″, 18″ and 24″ lengths. The right length depends on your shower area and installation opening, so please confirm it with your installer before ordering.

The LOKY® Sense linear shower channel has a 4-inch width, in all three lengths (12″, 18″ and 24″).

The channel and its bowl are made from Jindal SS 304 stainless steel. The bowl is supplied in the matching finish of the channel.

Yes. It has a removable hair strainer that collects hair and debris. A removal pin is supplied to lift off the drain cover and reach the hair strainer for cleaning.

Yes. The Sense channel comes with an SS 304 anti-cockroach bowl with a flap-type mechanism.

LOKY® waste couplings come in Heavy Duty, Lotus, Flat and Half Thread designs, each made for different installation needs.

Yes. LOKY® waste couplings are made with 100% brass construction and a heavy-duty brass nut, with a polished CP finish. They are brass products, not stainless steel.

The Heavy Duty waste coupling comes in 3″, 3.5″, 4″, 5″, 6″, 9″ and 12″. The Lotus, Flat and Half Thread designs come in 3″.

The difference is the top: Lotus has a distinctive floral-pattern top, while Flat has a flat-top, low-profile appearance. Both are 3″, 100% brass with a polished CP finish.

The Half Thread model is made for installations where a partially threaded waste coupling is required. If you’re unsure which your basin needs, check with your plumber before ordering.

LOKY® angle cocks have a mirror chrome finish.

They are different designs with the same construction: Turbo has a clean round profile, Fusion a distinctive contemporary profile, BLOC a square design and ARC a D-type design. All have a 100% brass body, head and spindle, quarter-turn operation and a mirror chrome finish.

Yes. All four LOKY® angle cock designs use quarter-turn operation.

Spartan accessories combine a white premium acrylic shelf or panel with aluminium railings and brackets, in Gold, Rose Gold or Black. According to the product details, the acrylic and aluminium construction is rust-proof.

Spartan accessories are wall-mounted with screws. Where the product page lists the box contents, the required screws and PVC wall plugs are included.

The Spartan range includes shampoo racks, corner shelves, soap dishes, towel rods, towel rings and tumbler holders. Availability varies by finish.

Quartz is a LOKY® acrylic accessory range in a Matt Frosted finish, including shelves, corner shelves, soap dishes and holders.

Matt Frosted is the frosted matte look used on the LOKY® Quartz range. Please check the product page for its exact construction.

The Knights and Jewels ranges are made of SS 304 stainless steel.
